I take pride in the quality of my work and make every effort to make sure that all items meet or exceed customer expectations before they head out the door. Unfortunately, as our products are made of a natural product, there can be issues that arise outside of my control. If any problems present themselves, please contact me as soon as possible and I'm happy to with you to resolve them in a friendly and timely manner. In the unfortunate circumstance where a return is necessary, see the following policies:
Standard Stocked Items
Standard stocked items (non-personalized) may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt less shipping and handling charges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Personalized/Customized Items
Personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt less shipping and handling charged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
